Travis Owens, Founder, Lead Consultant

Travis Owens has over 20 years of experience in the beverage and hospitality industry. From 2012 until 2018, Owens owned and spear-headed Curio, a nationally acclaimed cocktail bar which was named one of  the top 25 cocktail bars in America. Curio was considered to be one of the best cocktail bars in the Midwest and Owens has been credited with setting the standard for craft cocktail bars throughout Ohio. In 2015 Owens was chosen to showcase his talent at the esteemed James Beard House in NYC. He has been profiled in national publications such as Imbibe magazine and Eater.com.  He has numerous awards which include winning Bombay Sapphire's Most Imaginative Bartender Regional  and the Beam Suntory Ohio's Best Bartender competition. Travis lives in Columbus with his wife and son.
